Thank you for choosing to work with Tracey Bach. This Client Agreement & Informed Consent is intended to ensure that you understand the nature and scope of the services offered and your responsibilities as a client.
By booking, purchasing or participating in an individual session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms.
Scope of Services
Services may include intuitive readings, psychic and/or mediumship readings, intuitive coaching, and energy healing or other energy-based practices.
These services are intended to support personal insight, reflection, self-awareness and personal growth. Intuitive, psychic and mediumship services are provided for entertainment purposes only.
The information, guidance and practices provided during a session are not intended to replace the advice, diagnosis or treatment of qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other licensed professionals.
You agree to seek appropriately qualified professional assistance for matters requiring professional diagnosis, treatment or advice.
Intuitive, Psychic & Mediumship Readings
Intuitive and mediumship work is subjective by nature. No particular information, outcome, prediction, result or connection with a specific individual is promised or guaranteed.
Information received during a session is offered for your consideration and personal reflection. You are encouraged to use your own judgment and discernment regarding anything discussed.
You remain solely responsible for your decisions, choices and actions following a session.
Intuitive Coaching
Intuitive coaching is a collaborative personal-development process intended to support greater self-awareness, clarity, personal growth and decision-making.
Coaching is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical care or mental-health treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any physical or psychological condition.
You understand that coaching may involve exploring beliefs, patterns, behaviours, emotions and personal experiences. You remain responsible for deciding what feels appropriate for you and may decline any exercise, question or practice at any time.
Energy Healing
Energy healing and energy-based practices are complementary wellness practices and are not medical or psychological treatment.
No claim is made that energy healing can diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, disorder, injury or mental-health condition.
Energy healing should not be used as a substitute for appropriate medical or mental-health care. You agree to consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding health concerns and to follow the advice of your healthcare providers.
Individual experiences vary and no particular outcome or result is guaranteed.
Personal Agency & Responsibility
You understand that you remain the authority over your own life.
Nothing communicated during a reading, coaching session or energy-healing session requires you to make a particular decision or take a particular action.
You are encouraged to question, consider, accept or disregard information according to your own judgment and circumstances.
By participating, you accept responsibility for your own choices, decisions, actions and wellbeing before, during and following your session.
Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book and participate independently.
Clients under the age of 18 may participate only with the prior knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Additional parental or guardian consent may be required before the session proceeds.
Recording of Sessions
Clients may make a recording of their individual intuitive reading or intuitive coaching session for their own private, personal use, provided they advise Tracey before recording begins.
Energy-healing sessions may not be recorded.
Courses, workshops, group programs, training sessions and other educational materials may not be recorded, copied, reproduced, distributed or shared unless express written permission has been provided.
Any recording permitted under this agreement is for the client’s personal use only and may not be published, posted online, distributed, sold, reproduced or otherwise made available to another person without prior written permission.
Confidentiality
Information shared during an individual session will be treated with respect and confidentiality, subject to applicable legal obligations and circumstances in which disclosure may be required by law.
You also acknowledge that electronic communication and online sessions carry inherent privacy and security risks and that absolute confidentiality of information transmitted electronically cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
When at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, an appointment may be rescheduled one time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable and are not eligible for rescheduling.
Once a session has begun or been completed, no refund will be provided.
Exceptions may be made at Tracey’s discretion in exceptional circumstances, but nothing in this provision requires an exception to be made.
Results and No Guarantees
Personal, intuitive and energy-based work is inherently individual. Your experience will depend upon many factors outside the practitioner’s control.
No representation, warranty or guarantee is made regarding specific results from any session.
Testimonials, examples or experiences shared by previous clients represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees of similar results.
Professional and Emergency Services
The services provided are not emergency, crisis, medical or mental-health services.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, are in crisis, or believe that you or another person may be in immediate danger, please contact the appropriate emergency services or qualified healthcare provider in your location.
Limitation of Services
Tracey Bach reserves the right to decline, discontinue or end a session when it is reasonably believed that the requested service is outside the scope of practice, would be inappropriate to continue, or would be better addressed by another qualified professional.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, materials, exercises, written resources, course content, recordings and other materials provided as part of Tracey Bach’s services remain the intellectual property of Tracey Bach and/or their respective rights holders.
Materials provided for your personal use may not be reproduced, taught, distributed, published, sold or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
The Quantum Shift™ and Other Programs
The Quantum Shift™, courses, workshops, group programs and other educational offerings may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including provisions relating to participation, group conduct, confidentiality, intellectual property, recordings, payments, cancellations and refunds.
Where separate program or enrollment terms are provided, those terms apply in addition to this agreement and will govern the program-specific matters they address.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Clients participating from outside British Columbia acknowledge that services are being provided by a practitioner based in British Columbia, Canada, while remaining responsible for complying with laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.
Informed Consent & Acknowledgement
By booking and participating in a session, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood this Client Agreement & Informed Consent.
- You understand the nature and limitations of the service you are receiving.
- You understand that intuitive, psychic and mediumship services are provided for entertainment purposes only.
- You understand that these services are not substitutes for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other licensed professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.
- You understand that results cannot be guaranteed.
- You accept the cancellation, rescheduling and refund policy described above.
- You understand that you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing.
- You are participating voluntarily and may decline or stop an exercise or session at any time.
